About Single Variety Co

At Single Variety Co, we are passionate about creating a truly premium range of award-winning chilli jams and fruit preserves, making everything ourselves in our family run jam factory in Bristol. We use just one variety in each of our products - showcasing the unique flavour, colour and aroma of that single variety. Hence the name!

Ingredients

Passionfruit, sugar, lemon juice, natural pectin. Prepared with 62g fruit per 100g, total sugars 50g per 100g.

Storage & Shelf Life

Our jams are made with a two year shelf life*. Once opened keep refrigerated and enjoy within 4 weeks.

The BEST jam ever

Ok, I'm going all out on this. This stuff is perfection. I've been having this on greek yogurt (full fat as tastes better) and it's simply devine. Thing is I keep eating it outta the jar....... 🙄🙄🙄

Really tasty, quite a soft texture, less solid than most jams. I was concerned about the seeds but it is fine. Sweet but not too much. Gorgeous on a scone.

The Single Variety Co Promise

Nicola founded Single Variety Co from her kitchen table with the aim of creating a range of seriously delicious fruit preserves and chilli jams.
