We use fresh Bergeron apricots for this special preserve. They’re large, attractive yellowy-orange fruits with an aromatic and subtly sweet taste. We hand chop these apricots and make this preserve just as you would at home.
We tested a lot of different apricot varieties for this jam and the Bergeron was by far the best! The resulting preserve is flavoursome, fresh, and sweet. There are lots of apricot pieces in a loose set texture - perfect for spooning. Each jar contains 225g
Bergeron Apricots, Sugar, Lemon Juice, Natural Pectin. Prepared with 65g fruit per 100g, total sugars 50g per 100g
You will receive with a shelf life of at least 1 year. Once open keep refrigerated and enjoy within 4 weeks.

Looks great and arrived safely and very well packaged but it’s a Christmas pressie so will comment on taste after!
Nicola founded Single Variety Co from her kitchen table with the aim of creating a range of seriously delicious fruit preserves and chilli jams. She carefully selected the finest ingredients, British where possible, and packed each jar full of as much fruit as possible with much less sugar than traditional jams. These aims remain the same today in our little jam factory in Bristol - as if Nicola had made them from home!
