Shipping policy

DELIVERY

Please note - if your order contains Alphonso Mango Preserve we are aiming to ship it around 12th May.  All other orders will be shipped within our usual timescales.

We send all orders by DHL next day courier.  We aim to ship all orders within 1-3 working days of being placed - if urgent please reply to your order confirmation and we will do our best to prioritise.

Orders over £33 qualify for free delivery.  A delivery charge of £4.50 will apply for all orders under £33.

You will receive tracking information when your parcel leaves us, but if you have any queries please email us hello@singlevariety.co.uk and we will do our very best to help.

CANADA

We are very excited to have just started shipping to Canada! We are working with Dovetale Collections to supply our range to fine food shops across Canada. Please ask your local fine food shop to stock us! 

 

EUROPE + REST OF WORLD

We are very sorry but we are currently unable to ship to the rest of the world.  Varying customs policies, high shipping costs and paperwork required make it too expensive for our small business to manage.
