We use fresh organic Amalfi lemons for this special marmalade. They’re large, very fragrant, a little sweet and a little sour – perfect for our newest member of our marmalade family!
All the lemons are hand sliced to a medium shred and then cooked slowly to soften. We add the sugar then boil quickly until setting point is reached. We've opted for a traditional firm set for all you traditional marmalade fans. The flavour is of fresh lemons, bitter, and sweet, and we're really quite proud of this one.
Each jam jar contains 225g.
Sugar, Amalfi Lemon, Water, Natural Pectin. Prepared with 27g fruit per 100g, total sugars 54g per 100g
You will receive with a shelf life of at least 1 year. Once open keep refrigerated and enjoy within 4 weeks.

Amalfi Lemon Marmalade
Addicted to lemons and loving the lemon marmalade.
Saw Single Variety Co on an online feed. I read the multiple reviews, which were all positive. I purchased several of the preserves and a marmalade. Wow!!! The passion fruit, strawberry and cherry preserves are punchy in flavour…..full on fruit and delicious. The amalfi lemon marmalade was subtle in flavour, which was a pleasant surprise and packed full of gorgeous lemon peel. Needless to say I’ll be treating myself to some other flavours. I might even be brave and try the chilli jams!!!!
This is the second Single Variety product I’ve tried. Blackcurrant jam was absolutely superb. But this lemon marmalade just doesn’t pack a punch for me. It lacks the sharpness I expected so is overly sweet to my palate.
Nicola founded Single Variety Co from her kitchen table with the aim of creating a range of seriously delicious fruit preserves and chilli jams. She carefully selected the finest ingredients, British where possible, and packed each jar full of as much fruit as possible with much less sugar than traditional jams.
