Bergeron Apricot Preserve

Bergeron apricots are large, fragrant and subtly sweet, and after testing a lot of different varieties, they're the only ones we use. Hand chopped and made in small batches in Bristol, this is a loose set preserve with plenty of fruit pieces and an intensely fresh apricot flavour. Limited edition and only available while the season lasts.
