We use fresh juicy Amalfi lemons for this special marmalade. They’re large, very fragrant, a little sweet and a little sour – perfect for this award winning member of our marmalade family!

All the lemons are hand sliced to a medium shred and then cooked slowly to soften. We add the sugar then boil quickly until setting point is reached. We've opted for a traditional firm set for all you traditional marmalade fans. The flavour is of fresh lemons, bitter, and sweet, and we're really quite proud of this one.

Each jar contains 225g. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

At Single Variety Co, we are passionate about creating a truly premium range of award-winning chilli jams and fruit preserves, making everything ourselves in our family run jam factory in Bristol. We use just one variety in each of our products - showcasing the unique flavour, colour and aroma of that single variety. Hence the name!

Storage & Shelf Life

Our jams are made with a two year shelf life*. Once opened keep refrigerated and enjoy within 4 weeks.

Mix it up!

Don't get me wrong, I absolutely love the Amalfi Lemon Marmalade, but I also love the Tahiti Lime one too! So being of an experimental disposition, I decided to spread a bit of both on my toasted sourdough and oh my word, what a revalation, it's so breathtakingly good... sweet, tart, zesty, lemony, limey... try it!

Absolutely Lush

This is a winner for a reason - it tastes amazing. Extremely lemony with a good balance of tartness and sweetness. It’s delicious on toast, crumpets and stirred into plain yoghurt. A winner all round.

Delicious

Very good but needs more bite

Having read all the stellar reviews I thought I’d give a go. Whilst it is very lemony and refreshing it’s a little too sweet and not enough lemon tartness for my taste. Enjoyable but didn’t blow my socks off 😁

A Little Disappointed

I had very high hopes for this Marmalade, given all the hype and award. But I have to say I was disappointed. I found it a bit bland and too soft in texture, with not enough peel content, and in appearance was very different to that advertised. Such a shame

Nice and tangy

Love the citrus taste. Still a lot of money for a small jar.

Amalfi Lemon lightened my day.

On this particular morning I was not at my best, had not slept well, had ran out of coffee and my hair refused to co operate. I opened the fridge and saw a pot of Lemon sunshine waving at me.. there was 1 crumpet left and enough butter to do it justice. All I can say is by the time I had eaten my buttered crumpet with Lemon marmalade I felt human again; thank you!

Not as good as expected

Great looking marmalade but it bas an oversweet lemon flavour. I expected some more tartness/tang so left wanting.
