We use fresh Tahiti limes for this delicious marmalade. The limes are sliced to a medium shred and then cooked slowly to soften. We add sugar then boil quickly until setting point is reached.
The flavour is of fresh limes, bitter, and sweet, and is perfect for all marmalade lovers!
This marmalade has a traditional firm set.
Each jam jar contains 1.13kg (that's 5x our regular jars!). Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

At Single Variety Co, we are passionate about creating a truly premium range of award-winning chilli jams and fruit preserves, making everything ourselves in our family run jam factory in Bristol. We use just one variety in each of our products - showcasing the unique flavour, colour and aroma of that single variety. Hence the name!

Nicola founded Single Variety Co from her kitchen table with the aim of creating a range of seriously delicious fruit preserves and chilli jams. She carefully selected the finest ingredients, British where possible, and packed each jar full of as much fruit as possible with much less sugar than traditional jams. These aims remain the same today in our little jam factory in Bristol - as if Nicola had made them from home! Which is why we work closely with our local suppliers and take great pride in delivering to you the very best products we possibly can.
