Made using fresh Golden Pineapples (they're large, juicy & sweet), this pineapple preserve is full of flavour. It actually tastes like fresh pineapple! Soft set, it brings tropical summer sunshine to your tastebuds.

We take fresh whole pineapples, chop them ourselves in house and immediately jam them. We had a touch of fresh lemon juice to help bring out the delicious pineapple flavour.

About Single Variety Co

At Single Variety Co, we are passionate about creating a truly premium range of award-winning chilli jams and fruit preserves, making everything ourselves in our family run jam factory in Bristol. We use just one variety in each of our products - showcasing the unique flavour, colour and aroma of that single variety. Hence the name!

Ingredients

Golden Pineapple, Sugar, Lemon Juice, Natural Pectin. Prepared with 70g fruit per 100g, total sugars 49g per 100g

Storage & Shelf Life

Our jams are made with a two year shelf life*. Once opened keep refrigerated and enjoy within 4 weeks.

How To Enjoy

We love it with Greek yoghurt or ice cream.

Beyond my expectations

In the past with pineapple jam i have had hartleys and Tiptree and both were nice but a bit stringy. Single variety was on another level with taste and mouth feel as smooth and full of flavour. I don't give 5 stars as always room for improvement but this is pretty near perfect.

Lovely never had pineapple preserve before. Will get again.

The Single Variety Co Promise

Nicola founded Single Variety Co from her kitchen table with the aim of creating a range of seriously delicious fruit preserves and chilli jams.
