Swedish-style Meatballs with Cranberry Sauce
Love those famous meatballs from a certain furniture store? Well here's a recipe to make your own! We make our Cranberry Sauce from Autumn through to Christmas, and use way...
We use sweet Blood Oranges, cut to a thin shred. Unlike a traditional marmalade which has a bitter flavour, this marmalade has a fresh sweet tangy orange flavour. We say it's the perfect marmalade for people who don't love marmalade!
Each jar contains 225g. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

Blood Orange Marmalade
Loved the flavour, but this was too runny for me.
I will definitely be buying more, the depth of flavour is amazing.
I love this marmalade, just the right degree of tangy and so flavourful. Lost one star as it is pricey and very soft set (I do understand why) but I keep buying it! I make my own as well but this is a real treat.
Nicola founded Single Variety Co from her kitchen table with the aim of creating a range of seriously delicious fruit preserves and chilli jams. She carefully selected the finest ingredients, British where possible, and packed each jar full of as much fruit as possible with much less sugar than traditional jams. These aims remain the same today in our little jam factory in Bristol - as if Nicola had made them from home! Which is why we work closely with our local suppliers and take great pride in delivering to you the very best products we possibly can.
