About Single Variety Co

At Single Variety Co, we are passionate about creating a truly premium range of award-winning chilli jams and fruit preserves, making everything ourselves in our family run jam factory in Bristol. We use just one variety in each of our products - showcasing the unique flavour, colour and aroma of that single variety. Hence the name!

Ingredients

Passionfruit, sugar, lemon juice, natural pectin. Prepared with 62g fruit per 100g, total sugars 50g per 100g.

Storage & Shelf Life

Our jams are made with a two year shelf life*. Once opened keep refrigerated and enjoy within 4 weeks.

Passionate about your preserve!

This is the most delicious preserve I have tasted, and I've tasted quite a few! I enjoyed this on lemon scones and as a filling in Victoria sponge. All scrummy I will definitely be buying this again.

Passionfruit is my all time favourite fruit and this doesn’t disappoint! Soooooo flavoursome, it’s not going to last long! For us, we put a dollop on top of coconut ice cream and stuff ourselves. Going to try it with the mango jam as well!

Really tasty fruity jam, very versatile for uses in the recipes, although we’ve got through first jar just on toast as it’s so moorish 🤣

Lovely stuff. I add it to yoghurt and put it on my morning porridge. Absolutely delicious! I’ve since found it in my local Holland and Barrett and have bought two more jars already

Oh my goodness, a truly flavoursome preserve. I expected some disappointment over flavour but it’s absolutely delicious. Could do with a bigger jar! 😂

Punchy passion fruit

OMG the passion fruit preserve was absolutely magnificent! We ate it with yoghurt, topped cheesecakes with it. It was sharp and zingy just so refreshing! Will definitely be ordering more as it didn’t last much more than a week once opened. Would recommend 100%

The Single Variety Co Promise

Nicola founded Single Variety Co from her kitchen table with the aim of creating a range of seriously delicious fruit preserves and chilli jams. She carefully selected the finest ingredients, British where possible, and packed each jar full of as much fruit as possible with much less sugar than traditional jams. These aims remain the same today in our little jam factory in Bristol - as if Nicola had made them from home! Which is why we work closely with our local suppliers and take great pride in delivering to you the very best products we possibly can.
