I purchased these chilli hams gir a gift for my son in law a chilli fiend ha ha 😂 I'm sure he will love them goes perfect with the chilli guy birthday card I got for him I sawn them first on northern nicks and they looked delicious 😋 I like to watch northern nick I would never have came across your company otherwise it always nice to get something original from a smaller company I will be purchasing other items also nice to get something just that bit different with a personal touch x

Rhubarb jam

I think this is the third time I’ve ordered from you guys previously I have had the cherry jam which is absolutely fantastic. I’ve just received my rhubarb jam and I can honestly say there is not one taste of rhubarb in it at all. It just taste of pure sugar so disappointed sorry for the review but as I said no flavour of rhubarb at all.

Great Chilli jam!

I first discovered these at my local bakery, and used to frequently buy there. They were low on stock and I was craving some Chilli Jam, so ordered some from The Single Variety Co site. Quick delivery and my hot jam needs are sorted now! Great product.

The Single Variety Co Promise

Nicola founded Single Variety Co from her kitchen table with the aim of creating a range of seriously delicious fruit preserves and chilli jams. She carefully selected the finest ingredients, British where possible, and packed each jar full of as much fruit as possible with much less sugar than traditional jams. These aims remain the same today in our little jam factory in Bristol - as if Nicola had made them from home!
