We make this preserve using lots of British blackberries. The Victoria variety are large, juicy and sweet. They make a really fruity preserve that's brilliant on toast or porridge (for those colder Autumn days...)

The blackberries we've used for this batch were pretty high in pectin, so it's a firmer set than most of our berry jams, but still very spreadable (and full of blackberry pieces!). This jam contains seeds!

Each jar contains 225g. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

British Blackberries, Sugar, Lemon Juice, Natural Pectin. Prepared with 61g fruit per 100g, total sugars 50g per 100g

Storage & Shelf Life

Our jams are made with a two year shelf life*. Once opened keep refrigerated and enjoy within 4 weeks.

Well packed jar of fruit sweetness is just right. The colour is beautiful. The price just right. Worth the wait for transportation to receive it.

It is very rare to find blackberry jam that tastes as good as hone made but this jam exceeded my expectations. Made with who blackberries, it is not a jelly, but a real jam which has just the right amount of sweetness and s wonderful consistency.
