Is there a more famous or exciting chilli out there? We think no, which is why we’re super excited to launch our brand new 225g, super-duper hot Scotch Bonnet Chilli Jam. It is such an integral ingredient in a lot of Caribbean and west African cooking and we’re delighted to have captured the intense heat but sweet and tropical flavour.
Sugar, Scotch bonnet chillies, cider vinegar, natural pectin. Prepared with 27g chillies per 100g, total sugars 54g per 100g
You will receive with a shelf life of at least 1 year. Once open keep refrigerated and enjoy by the best before date.
At a BBQ: the ideal condiment for burgers & hot dogs. Stir it into a bolognese to add some heat. With cheese & crackers. On a cream cheese & ham bagel. Anywhere you want to add some spice!

Nicola founded Single Variety Co from her kitchen table with the aim of creating a range of seriously delicious fruit preserves and chilli jams. She carefully selected the finest ingredients, British where possible, and packed each jar full of as much fruit as possible with much less sugar than traditional jams.
