We use fresh juicy Amalfi lemons for this special marmalade. They’re large, very fragrant, a little sweet and a little sour – perfect for this award winning member of our marmalade family!

All the lemons are hand sliced to a medium shred and then cooked slowly to soften. We add the sugar then boil quickly until setting point is reached. We've opted for a traditional firm set for all you traditional marmalade fans. The flavour is of fresh lemons, bitter, and sweet, and we're really quite proud of this one.

Each jar contains 225g. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

At Single Variety Co, we are passionate about creating a truly premium range of award-winning chilli jams and fruit preserves, making everything ourselves in our family run jam factory in Bristol. We use just one variety in each of our products - showcasing the unique flavour, colour and aroma of that single variety. Hence the name!

Storage & Shelf Life

Our jams are made with a two year shelf life*. Once opened keep refrigerated and enjoy within 4 weeks.

The Best Amalfi Lemon Marmalade

I read about this marmalade its reviews so decided to try it out and I was NOT disappointed- it is delicious with a wonderful soft but full flavour, attractive colour and perfect texture. Will be back for more💕

Gentle flavour

It had a very subtle flavour not harsh like some lemon marmalade it was very gentle delicious on my croissant

The jar is too small for the premium price I paid. Either reduce the price or increase the size of the jar.

Mix it up!

Don't get me wrong, I absolutely love the Amalfi Lemon Marmalade, but I also love the Tahiti Lime one too! So being of an experimental disposition, I decided to spread a bit of both on my toasted sourdough and oh my word, what a revalation, it's so breathtakingly good... sweet, tart, zesty, lemony, limey... try it!

Absolutely Lush

This is a winner for a reason - it tastes amazing. Extremely lemony with a good balance of tartness and sweetness. It’s delicious on toast, crumpets and stirred into plain yoghurt. A winner all round.

The Single Variety Co Promise

Nicola founded Single Variety Co from her kitchen table with the aim of creating a range of seriously delicious fruit preserves and chilli jams. She carefully selected the finest ingredients, British where possible, and packed each jar full of as much fruit as possible with much less sugar than traditional jams. These aims remain the same today in our little jam factory in Bristol - as if Nicola had made them from home!
