Fresh, bitter and sweet in equal measure - our Tahiti Lime Marmalade is a proper lime marmalade for people who want the real thing.
We use fresh Tahiti limes, sliced to a medium shred and cooked slowly to soften before we add the sugar and boil quickly to setting point. The result is a traditional firm set marmalade with a bright, zesty lime flavour that hits all the right notes.
Winner of a Great Taste Award 2026. Made in Bristol in small batches.
Perfect on toast or a croissant, stirred into a salad dressing, or used to make a lime drizzle cake.
Each jar contains 225g. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
