Not for the faint-hearted. Our Lemon Drop Chilli Jam is made with Lemon Drop chillies — a super hot variety with a distinctively fresh, lemony flavour that sets it apart from any other chilli jam we make.

Winner of a Great Taste Award 2026. As featured on Channel 4's Sunday Brunch.

We source the chillies direct from the grower and hand prep every batch in our Bristol factory before combining with apple cider vinegar and sugar. The result is a super hot chilli jam with real depth — fiery, fruity and with that signature lemon hit that keeps people coming back for more.

Great with chicken, cheese, fish, or anywhere you want serious heat with flavour to match.

Each jar contains 225g. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
