We use the very best Seville Oranges, cut to a thin shred. This marmalade has a fresh bittersweet orange flavour which will leave you wanting more! This jar contains 225g.

Ingredients

Sugar, Seville Oranges, Water, Lemon Juice, Natural Pectin. Prepared with 42g fruit per 100g, total sugars 52g per 100g.

Storage & Shelf Life

Our jams are made with a two year shelf life. Once opened keep refrigerated and enjoy within 4 weeks.

How To Enjoy

Perfect served with croissants, used to make sticky marmalade cake or glazed onto a ham joint.

Disappointing marmalade, low fruit content

As a marmalade fan for many years I thought I would treat myself to a jar following a ‘pop up’ advert on IG. Not cheap by any means when the jar is smaller than my usual choice but thought the taste and enjoyment would balance that. Sadly it wasn’t quite what I was expecting. A thick consistency with very limited pieces of orange as I would have expected . Taste wasn’t anything special and overall a disappointing purchase. Will go back to my usual (also not cheap but full of fruit) .
To balance the review I will also comment on the Blackcurrant and Raspberry jams which were both excellent and thoroughly worth the premium price. Maybe I just got a duff batch on the Seville Marmalade….
