Apricot Preserve is our founder's favourite flavour. And it's always been the Bergeron variety for us... until now!
Having sold out of this year's production in a day and finding it impossible to source more of the Bergeron variety the search was on to find an apricot variety which will make just as delicious a jam.
When we found the Digat variety we thought it may be too good to be true- derived from the Bergeron variety but grown here in the UK in Kent. We immediately cooked a few test batches and were won over.
The Digat apricots are very similar to the Bergeron and cook down beautifully to create a soft set, flavoursome, fresh apricot jam. In our taste tests we've found it to be a little sweeter than the Bergeron Apricot Preserve. There are lots of apricot pieces in a loose set texture - perfect for spooning.

Our jams are made with a two year shelf life*. Once opened keep refrigerated and enjoy within 4 weeks.
