Sweet, juicy, nostalgic - this peach preserve tastes exactly how a perfectly ripe peach should.
We source these beautiful yellow-skinned peaches from Oscar, who grows this indigenous variety on his farm in Lleida, western Catalonia. We chose this variety because it carries a naturally high concentration of sugars, which makes it brilliant for cooking, and because its firm, crunchy flesh holds its shape even after cooking, so you get proper chunks of fruit in every spoonful.
We found Oscar through Natoora, who work directly with growers across Europe and America to bring their produce to the people who'll appreciate it most, often varieties that would otherwise struggle to reach a wider market. We like working with them because they share our approach: find the best variety, work directly with the grower, and let the flavour speak for itself.
Amarillo Peaches are in season from July through to October, so this preserve won't be around forever.
Each jar contains 225g
Once open refrigerate and enjoy within 4 weeks.
