This is a very hot chilli jam!
We use Lemon Drop Chillies for this unique chilli jam. They're a fresh and fiery chilli that have a lemony flavour. We source the chillies direct from the grower, and then hand prep in the jam factory before combining with apple cider vinegar and sugar to make this super hot chilli jam.
If you're a chilli fan (or know one!), then you'll love this jam.
Our favourite way to enjoy is with chicken, cheese, or fish.
