This is a very hot chilli jam!

We use Lemon Drop Chillies for this unique chilli jam. They're a fresh and fiery chilli that have a lemony flavour. We source the chillies direct from the grower, and then hand prep in the jam factory before combining with apple cider vinegar and sugar to make this super hot chilli jam.

If you're a chilli fan (or know one!), then you'll love this jam.

Deliciously spicy

Wasn't sure what to expect with this chilli jam but it definitely didn't disappoint! It packs a punch so you only need a small bit to feel the heat, unless you really like things spicy. It's hot but has a nice lingering sweetness too. Perfect on a cheese toastie!

Exceeded my expectations!

…..And my expectations were high.I have been very excited to try this for a while now and finally ordered some and I’m so glad I did. While toning down the intensity of the lemon drop chilli (which makes it a lot more accessible!) it does nothing to dilute the complexity of the chilli. If anything it draws the flavours out.
This jam is amazing. It’s hot, it’s lemony, sweet, floral… there’s a lot going on here and I will certainly be buying more!

Addictive, scorching hot, sweet yet tangy. Quite simply the best chilli jam ever. Perfect in the smaller jar. Please never stop making this!!!

Hands down the best chilli jam I’ve tasted.

Wow, the lemon-drop chilli jam is incredible. I always find with chilli jams that the spice never seems to come through enough. This stuff is HOT and honestly the best chilli jam I think I’ve ever tasted. The heat doesn’t over power the overall flavour and the sweet citrus flavour still comes through. I have put in a grilled cheese, open flatbread and a tofu wrap and it just elevates everything. It’s the perfect balance of flavours and would highly recommend!

Amazing! Can’t get enough

I first discovered Single Variety Co Chilli Jam’s when I bought FireFlame at a farm shop a couple months ago. Needless to say, I was hooked and just had to have more, so looked it up online. In addition to the FireFlame, I added the Lemon Drop Chilli to my cart, and I’m so glad I did. I look forward to my avocado on toast in a whole new way each morning now! It is so delicious which a delightful heat that doesn’t kill the flavour (or your tastebuds!). It’s a great addition to a cheeseboard, too! My new favourite chilli jam.

The Single Variety Co Promise

Nicola founded Single Variety Co from her kitchen table with the aim of creating a range of seriously delicious fruit preserves and chilli jams.
