The best Morello cherry preserve/jam I’ve ever tasted, it should be renamed “Morello Cherry Topping for Absolutely Everything.”
I’m thanking my lucky stars that I believed the glowing description and went straight for the large jar (small jars are for amateurs only).
So far, I’ve made a Morello and mango clafouti, spooned it over chopped banana and natural yoghurt with a sprinkle of nuts — a dessert so good it completely betrays the 60 seconds it took to make. I’ve even spread it in a sourdough and soft cheese sandwich, which turned out to be unexpectedly life-changing.
I now have half a jar left, and as soon as I finish typing this review, I am off to buy another one… or two… maybe three.
So if you fancy trying some, move quickly — this jam is seriously good!!
