We use fresh Bergeron apricots for this special preserve. They’re large, attractive yellowy-orange fruits with an aromatic and subtly sweet taste. We hand chop these apricots and make this preserve just as you would at home, adding sugar and fresh lemon juice.

We tested a lot of different apricot varieties for this jam and the Bergeron was by far the best! They cook down perfectly to create a flavoursome, fresh, sweet jam.

This is a very loose set jam: there are lots of apricot pieces in a loose set texture - perfect for spooning and enjoying with croissants, yoghurt or just on a spoon!

Each jar contains 225g. This bundle contains six jars.

Once open refrigerate and enjoy within 4 weeks.

At Single Variety Co, we are passionate about creating a truly premium range of award-winning chilli jams and fruit preserves, making everything ourselves in our family run jam factory in Bristol. We use just one variety in each of our products - showcasing the unique flavour, colour and aroma of that single variety. Hence the name!

Storage & Shelf Life

Our jams are made with a two year shelf life*. Once opened keep refrigerated and enjoy within 4 weeks.

Absolutely delicious

My order arrived one hour ago and I immediately tried some on a slice of toast. 0n opening the jar I could smell the most beautiful apricot scent and the taste did not disappoint. It is the best apricot jam I have ever tasted, and I have tried plenty of them as it is my favourite fruit.

It is a very loose-set jam so I'd recommend spooning it out of the jar. The plus side is that you get to lick the spoon clean afterwards! I bought 6 jars and can sew it has already sold old so will try to ration myself, but it is so tasty that I'm not sure I'll be able to resist having it every day until it's all gone. If it comes back next year I shall definitely be buying (a lot) more.
