We use fresh juicy Amalfi lemons for this special marmalade. They’re large, very fragrant, a little sweet and a little sour – perfect for this award winning member of our marmalade family!

All the lemons are hand sliced to a medium shred and then cooked slowly to soften. We add the sugar then boil quickly until setting point is reached. We've opted for a traditional firm set for all you traditional marmalade fans. The flavour is of fresh lemons, bitter, and sweet, and we're really quite proud of this one.

Each jar contains 225g. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

At Single Variety Co, we are passionate about creating a truly premium range of award-winning chilli jams and fruit preserves, making everything ourselves in our family run jam factory in Bristol. We use just one variety in each of our products - showcasing the unique flavour, colour and aroma of that single variety. Hence the name!

Sugar, Amalfi Lemon, Water, Natural Pectin. Prepared with 27g fruit per 100g, total sugars 54g per 100g

Storage & Shelf Life

Our jams are made with a two year shelf life*. Once opened keep refrigerated and enjoy within 4 weeks.

Really disappointing, over sweet, dull lemon taste and whole family commented on the overpowering smell of cleaning fluid.

Far too sweet with the sweetness overpowering any flavour. A shame. A bland sugary mess. Littletart or citrus flavour you can buy better in Sainsbury’s

Delicious Amalfi lemon marmalade

I loved the Amalfi lemon marmalade, it was a perfect taste. The colour is amazing, very clear with soft slices of peel throughout. Delicious. It is not over sweet or tart. I bought 3 jars, one for me & 2 to give to my son. I know he will love it.(But I might take one back! ☺️☺️)

Best lemon marmalade i have ever bought

Lovely colour, smell and texture. It spreads well, but it’s just far too sweet for me, with the citrus taste just not there.

The Single Variety Co Promise

Nicola founded Single Variety Co from her kitchen table with the aim of creating a range of seriously delicious fruit preserves and chilli jams. She carefully selected the finest ingredients, British where possible, and packed each jar full of as much fruit as possible with much less sugar than traditional jams. These aims remain the same today in our little jam factory in Bristol - as if Nicola had made them from home!
