Shipping policy

DELIVERY

Orders over £30 qualify for free next day delivery- we use DHL for this service.

Delivery on orders under £30 will have a delivery charge of £4 for standard delivery (sent with Royal Mail second class) or £6.50 for DHL next day delivery.  

Our jam factory is open from Monday to Thursday.  All orders placed by 12noon will be shipped the same day. Any orders placed after 12noon on Thursday will be shipped on Monday.

You will receive tracking information when your parcel leaves us, but if you have any queries please email us hello@singlevariety.co.uk and we will do our very best to help.
