We use Morello Cherries to make this intensely fruity & tart cherry preserve, absolutely jam packed with cherry pieces.

The Morello cherry is sour and bitter: not great for eating but fantastic for jamming!

We cook them in small batches for the shortest time possible to preserve their fresh fruity flavour. Then we add sugar to balance the tartness, and fresh lemon juice for the right level of acidity.

Morello cherries are extremely low in pectin, so this is a looser set preserve, ideal for spooning and great with yoghurt or porridge.

Storage & Shelf Life

Our jams are made with a two year shelf life*. Once opened keep refrigerated and enjoy within 4 weeks.

Lovely loose set jam which it delicious in porridge or Greek yoghurt. Please don’t change the setting of this jam as it is perfect as it is 😊

Love cherries and this morello cherry jam is beyond good. I can think of so many ways to use it but I’m being selfish and keeping it to myself and having a spoonful on my porridge in the mornings, turning my humble oats and milk into something worth getting up for on cold dark mornings……. Will definitely be back for more flavours and hoping to include it in Christmas presents for family too ….. simply Divine

Delicious but..

Bought the morello cherry and the fig.
Arrived incredibly well packaged but needed to sign for it which for jam seems a bit over the top so I missed the first delivery attempt.
Jam tastes incredible and based on taste o lone it’s 5 stars although the bottom of the cherry jam from about half way down had no cherry pieces. But the jars are tiny. The cherry jam lasted 2 days and for £18 for two jars including postage I can’t justify buying more sadly.

Absolutely glorious

Really good and tart on toast, but absolutely spectacular on porridge, with a bit of cinnamon and the top of the milk, it’s absolute perfect indulgent cold morning breakfast. Need to get a few more jars to last the winter I reckon!

Amazing cherry jam!

This jam is like summer in a jar! The cherries are plump and sweet, and the jam is perfection. I order at least 2 every time it comes available.

It was such a lovely taste, my only problem is it didn’t last me long. It was beutiful warmed up and spooned on ice cream or yogurt as well as on scones and toast. Also ot was neither too sweet or tart. Perfection in a jar

Actually tastes like cherries

So many cherry preserves taste nothing like cherries, mostly sweetened nothing. This one tastes of cherries. I have nothing more needs saying.
