We use British Maravilla raspberries to make this intensely delicious raspberry preserve. We cook them in small batches for the shortest time possible to preserve their deliciously tart and fresh fruity flavour.

About Single Variety Co

At Single Variety Co, we are passionate about creating a truly premium range of award-winning chilli jams and fruit preserves, making everything ourselves in our family run jam factory in Bristol. We use just one variety in each of our products - showcasing the unique flavour, colour and aroma of that single variety. Hence the name!

Ingredients

British Maravilla Raspberries, Sugar, Lemon Juice, Natural Pectin. Prepared with 60g fruit per 100g, total sugars 49g per 100g.

Storage & Shelf Life

Our jams are made with a two year shelf life*. Once opened keep refrigerated and enjoy within 4 weeks.

Lovely taste with some flavour and nice texture I have had better raspberry conserve with more raspberry flavourbut this is high-quality and thankfully not too sweet I would buy this again

Best raspberry jam ever tried. A real treat on buttery toast. Even added a drop to porrdge or plain yogurt with similar great effect

Gorgeous!

I add this beautiful jam to Greek yoghurt, just a teaspoon full , and it lifts it to another level - yummy! I like that it’s high in fruit and low in sugar. I am trying hard to eat food which is less processed, and this little jar is helping !
