Giant Passionfruit Preserve

I have never tasted something so delish in all my life!! This and the rhubarb are firm favourites, already looking forward to gooseberry season to try that!

Like magic in a jar

A wonderful fruit purée or compote for yogurt and granola. Stir it into stewed rhubarb or just use as a traditional jam. Really lovely.

You can't just have one spoonful, you have to have another, and another. What is that elusive flavour, an almost buttery richness, yet a tart taste? Delicious with yoghourt, delightful simply spooned from the jar.

I’m so glad I ordered the giant jar as it’s so scrummy!
Like another reviewer I also transfer it to a slightly smaller jar. Everyone that’s tasted it were singing it’s praises!

This passion fruit preserve is addictive and tastes incredible, I often find myself eating it straight from the jar. It goes really well in cakes and desserts, especially something light like a meringue.
