Fruit Preserves Selection

This is a very good selection, and the inclusion of the passion fruit brings it out of the pedestrian. All the flavours are distinct and recognisable. Top marks.

I thought I would update on my review. I bought the 6 jar for me, but I had to wait to clear other makers jars, I don't wate anything. Eventually had them, then opened one of my jars, it was Ben Tirran Blackcurrant Preserve, and I have to say it was absolutely amazing. It was fresh, tangy, sweet, but with a reduced sugar content, so heaven on my tongue. I also made the cheese scones with cream cheese, but obviously with the blackcurrant not the suggested preserve. I have to say, and it was my first cheese scone, that it was ALL amazing and I am so happy and my friends complimented everything with it. The friend I bought the 4 jar selection, she stated that the ones I gave her she loved and has finished a jar already, hopefully she will buy directly. So all of the preserve & marmalade, I am blown away by, and the recipe equally happy and blown away, now I have to go into the other recipe's and make them. Thank you Single Variety Co your products are outstanding, the service outstanding, the recipe's outstanding.

I bought this as a present for a friend, and delivered very quickly, and she hasn't opened any of them yet, but as its same I've got in another bundle, I will only imagine it will be good feedback. As my other review, I had an open jar from another supplier, and had to finish that before opening one of my 6 jar bundle. But they are the same as this 4 jar version.

This was part of another order but for one of my friends so I'll get her thoughts when she opens one.

I ordered this collection to have a try of a different number of jams. So far, I have sampled the raspberry and strawberry. They are both delicious - not overly sweet, unctuous and glossy in appearance. The jars are inviting, the texture is unique and the use of more fruit and less sugar allows you to taste the fruit more than with most supermarket branded jams.
Whilst being quite pricey, I would still consider purchasing these 3 to 4 times a year.

WOW WOW WOW! I just tried the morello cherry and my god! I have never tasted a nicer jam! Sharp, tangy, full of cherries! Absolutely love it! This is nothing like what you buy in shops! It really tastes and looks like jam used to when made authentically! can’t wait to try the other varieties but this for sure gets a hundred thumbs up from me! Well done!

Great flavours,fresh and delicious. The passion fruit wasn't little less set than the others, but I have found that tropical flavours are harder to set fully without additives which can affect the taste. Still set enough for me. Will order again. Innfact a friend who tastednthe jams has taken the site address to order forcthemselves.

Only tried the strawberry so far (which has nearly gone!) And it is really good. It certainly does champion the strawberry 🍓🍓
