The serving suggestion is to drizzle this on French toast or pancakes, and I wished I’d read that before I bought it, but honestly, who reads serving suggestions for marmalade? I wouldn’t call this marmalade at all - it bears no resemblance to a classic marmalade at all. The jar copy calls it a ‘modern marmalade, soft set and sweet’, but actually it’s thin, almost liquid, far too sweet and has barely any peel in it at all. I can see it might be good on French toast instead of maple syrup, but that’s a rare breakfast in this house. It would be better to label this under some other product title. Very disappointing and sadly inedible on toast.
