Air Fryer Raspberry Jam Doughnuts

The 225g Alphonso Mango is rightfully known as the "King of Mangoes". Grown in India, they are only available for a short 6 week season each year. They are beautifully sweet and aromatic, with the fullest flavour of all the mango varieties. Orange in colour and much juicier too. Imagine a cross between a peach, nectarine, apricot and melon with notes of honey and citrus, but even better!
We take fresh Alphonso Mangoes when they are in season, and cook them with sugar and fresh lemon juice for as short a time as possible. Once they're jarred then the fresh Alphonso flavour is preserved for years... but most people can't keep them that long without digging in!
We produce this preserve in April when the Alphonso is in season for a few short weeks. We make as much as we can, but when it’s gone it’s gone until the next year, so stock up if you love it!

Our jams are made with a two year shelf life. Once opened keep refrigerated and enjoy within 4 weeks.
We love it with Greek yoghurt or ice cream.

Chunks of real fruit - it’s the tidy way to eat mangoes! (My memories of eating ripe mangoes is a sticky mess. I had to devour over a sink!) I just wish I had the willpower to make the jar last longer!
