We use British Maravilla raspberries to make this intensely delicious raspberry preserve. We cook them in small batches for the shortest time possible to preserve their deliciously tart and fresh fruity flavour. Absolutely delicious with yoghurt.

This jar contains 225g.

Ingredients

British Maravilla Raspberries, Sugar, Lemon Juice, Natural Pectin. Prepared with 60g fruit per 100g, total sugars 49g per 100g.

Storage & Shelf Life

Our jams are made with a two year shelf life. Once opened keep refrigerated and enjoy within 4 weeks.

This is an excellent raspberry jam that is just bursting with flavour. It is the best raspberry jam I have had in ages and certainly feels and tastes like a home-made jam. I will be trying it out in different ways in the coming weeks. There's an instruction to eat within four weeks once opened....no problem!!
