This blackcurrant jam takes me straight back to my childhood, tasting just like the one my mum used to make. It’s packed with so much fruit and flavour. On toast, a perfect breakfast every day!
I have only opened the strawberry jam so far - don't want too many open at the same time - but my goodness, it's sublime...could hardly leave it alone! I have given the raspberry to a very dear elderly friend as I know she will love, and appreciate it.
I can't wait to try one of the marmalades, but will have to finish old one first.

Nicola founded Single Variety Co from her kitchen table with the aim of creating a range of seriously delicious fruit preserves and chilli jams.
