Not long after we started the jam business we discovered that not only are our jams delicious on toast, but they make great cocktails too! So, just in time for Christmas, we're sharing one of our favourite cocktail recipes, Passionfruit Martini, using our Passionfruit Preserve.
Passionfruit Martini

Ingredients

4 ice cubes

2 tbsp Passionfruit Preserve

50ml vanilla vodka
-
15ml passionfruit liqueur, we used Passoã

Squeeze of lime
-
1/2 passionfruit

50ml Prosecco or sparkling wine

Cocktail shaker

Cocktail glass & shot glass, to serve

Directions
In a cocktail shaker add the ice, passionfruit preserve, vodka, passionfruit liqueur and a generous squeeze of lime.
Add the lid to the cocktail shaker and vigorously shake for 1 minute until all the ingredients have combined.
Slowly pour the liquid into a cocktail glass leaving the ice behind in the shaker. Float 1/2 passionfruit on the top of the cocktail and serve alongside a shot glass of Prosecco to be poured in by the drinker.
Recipe Note
If you don't have vanilla vodka, you can use standard vodka and add a little vanilla paste from your baking drawer.
