We were super excited to have our Invicta Gooseberry Preserve featured this morning on ITV's Love Your Weekend, as part of their Best of British feature.
It was chosen by food expert Jonathan Phang for a cheese pairing with Alan Titchmarsh and his guests.
Paired with an English Chardonnay from Bolney Wine Estate and Rachel Goat Cheese from White Lake Cheese it sounded like a winning combination.
We sent the preserve off for filming at the end of summer, so knowing we were (hopefully!) going to be featured we kept back some of our summer stock to release this weekend.
And it's the second time this particular preserve has been featured on tv, earlier this year the production of it (plus interview with us) was featured on Prue Leith's Cotswold Kitchen, also on ITV. It seems our Gooseberry Jam is now our most famous jam!
