I've spent a long time looking for the ideal chilli varieties to make our chilli jams.
Unlike most chilli jams on the market we don't bulk our jams out with tomatoes or peppers, we just use LOTS AND LOTS of chilli! You can really taste the unique flavour of each chilli in our jams, and we have one for everyone, whether you like it mild, or as hot as you can get.
