Delivery
UK shipping for 4 jars or more is ABSOLUTELY FREE! For 3 jars or less shipping is £4.
Deliveries up to 4 jars are sent by Royal Mail second class and will be delivered within 3-5days.
UK shipping over 4 jars is sent by DX and will be delivered within 2 working days.
European shipping is £13 for up to 24 jars. Please contact us for shipping quotes for other countries.
Payment
We accept most major payment cards. Payment is powered by Stripe.
Returns
If you change your mind you can return your order within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. You need to cover return costs, and all goods must be returned in an unopened, resalable condition. If your jam is faulty or you have a complaint please contact us to arrange an exchange or refund.
