Made with fresh Blaisdon Red Plums from Ben's Gloucestershire orchard, this is a rich, fruity preserve with a lovely strong sharpness and firm set.

Blaisdon Red is an old Gloucestershire plum variety that's increasingly hard to come by, which makes this a particularly small batch.
