We chose this variety because it carries a naturally high concentration of sugars, which makes it brilliant for cooking, and because its firm, crunchy flesh holds its shape even after cooking, so you get proper chunks of fruit in every spoonful.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe found Oscar through Natoora, who work directly with growers across Europe and America to bring their produce to the people who'll appreciate it most, often varieties that would otherwise struggle to reach a wider market.
