We use fresh British Invicta Gooseberries for this delicious preserve, delivered to us directly from the fruit farm in Kent.  We top & tail, then hand cook them in small batches to give the perfect combo of sweetness and tartness.

It's a looser set which will firm up over time, or pop it in the fridge before you open it if you want it a little bit thicker.

How to best enjoy it?

Go fancy if you like and create a gooseberry panna cotta, a crumble, or a cheesecake – just promise you’ll send us a pic and the recipe!

Or simply dollop it on natural yoghurt or smother it on toast. We're sure you'll enjoy it whatever you decide.
