Blood Orange Marmalade
I was disappointed in this product. It was described as soft set but I would call it runny, and I thought it lacked flavour; more of a jam than a marmalade. Will not be buying this one again.
This marmalade has a rich, distinct flavour courtesy of the blood oranges. It marks it out as quite a different marmalade compared to that made from Seville oranges. It is nice to find something different. It is not too sweet and maybe I might have wanted it to be a touch sharper, but that's splitting hairs. A great product.
Uneaten so for. I'm sure it is will be Yummy.
Nicola founded Single Variety Co from her kitchen table with the aim of creating a range of seriously delicious fruit preserves and chilli jams. She carefully selected the finest ingredients, British where possible, and packed each jar full of as much fruit as possible with much less sugar than traditional jams. These aims remain the same today in our little jam factory in Bristol - as if Nicola had made them from home! Which is why we work closely with our local suppliers and take great pride in delivering to you the very best products we possibly can.
