Our Etna Fire Marmalade is made from a single, exceptional variety of blood orange grown in the volcanic soils of Sicily, in the shadow of Mount Etna, by Carmelo Laudani and his family.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\"\u003eCarmelo's grandfather, also called Carmelo, began farming this land over 90 years ago. That same passion and commitment to the land has been handed down through three generations, and it shows.
