Apricot Rocks Odyssey Cocktail

Our preserves aren't just for toast!  They are great in a cocktail too, like this recipe invented by one of our fantastic customers.

Ingredients 

  • 25ml @dunnetbaydistillers Rock rose naval strength 🚢💪
  • 2 × bar spoons of @singlevarietyco Bergeron Apricot Preserve 🍊🍊
  • 1 × another spoon of @odysea_ltd pomegranate molasses 🍅 to add an intense sweet and sour that'll have your tongue tingling 👅👅

Directions:

Put it all into shaker preferably a yari #homebar whatever you have .... a Pyrex jug will do, even a mug 😂😂....
Put in enough ice and a splash of light lemon twist tonic stir till the shaker is frosty cold the preserve has broken down and everything has come together, pour into your glass through a strainer and top up with more tonic to lengthen. 
Sit back in the sun 🌞🌞 and enjoy the cocktail 🍸👌
